These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Connect Flow
(com.supremepotato.connectflow) (the “Game”), provided by Supreme Potato
(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area), or the minimum age required in your country, whichever is higher, to use the Game. If you are a minor under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
Connect Flow is a free, single-player puzzle game. It does not require an account or login, contains no in-app purchases, and includes no chat or social features. The Game is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob. Your level progress is stored locally on your device; uninstalling the Game or clearing its data will remove that progress.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download and use the Game on a device you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

The Game and all of its content—including code, graphics, designs, levels, sounds, text, and the “Connect Flow” name and logo—are owned by Supreme Potato or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.
The Game displays advertisements served by Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Ads and third-party content are provided by parties we do not control, and we are not responsible for the content of any advertisement or any product or service offered through it. Your use of these services is also subject to their own terms and policies. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the updated version takes effect when posted, and your continued use of the Game means you accept the changes. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
We may permanently discontinue the Game at any time, with or without notice. If we do, your license to use the Game ends. Because the Game has no accounts and stores progress only on your device, we have no obligation to preserve, migrate, or restore your locally stored progress, and we are not responsible for any loss of that progress when the Game is discontinued, removed from app stores, or uninstalled. You may stop using the Game and uninstall it at any time, which terminates these Terms with respect to you.
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any data (including saved progress) will not be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supreme Potato will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supreme Potato from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Game or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Game shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
